A World Movement of Integrity & Excellence
The Noble Laureate Award brings writers, poets, visual artists and cultural leaders from many nations into one international framework. Its purpose is to honor creative achievement, encourage cultural exchange and build meaningful connections through literature, art and humanity.
Three Fields. Three Levels.
Poetry
Recognition of poetic achievement, literary voice, cultural contribution and the power of language to connect people.
Prose
Recognition of distinguished prose and literary or reflective writing that contributes to culture and human understanding.
Visual Arts
Recognition of visual creativity and artistic work that communicates identity, imagination and shared humanity.
National committees recognize candidates at Golden, Platinum and Diamond levels before national results proceed to the World Award Committee stage.
National to World Recognition
Eligible candidates submit their work and supporting materials through the appropriate National Award Committee.
National committees evaluate submissions and select three candidates in each field, one Golden, one Platinum and one Diamond.
Each country may advance up to nine national candidates across Poetry, Prose and Visual Arts.
National results proceed to the World Award Committee for international evaluation and final world recognition.

National Award Committees
The NLA operates through National Award Committees-NACs. Each committee is led by a National President and supported by experts representing the award fields. NACs conduct their work in accordance with applicable local laws, cultural requirements and the official NLA framework.
National Leadership
NAC Presidents coordinate the official national process and communication with the World Award Committee.
Board of Experts
Literary and visual-art specialists support professional evaluation and national selection.
International Connection
National results become part of one shared international system linking participating countries and creative communities.

The public website will serve as the authoritative point for current NLA information. Official working documents will continue to be distributed through approved NLA channels while the online document center is being completed.

NLA App & International Platform
The NLA digital system is under development to support candidate records, committee workflows, forms, communication and future international management. The website is the public information entrance; the NLA App will become the operational platform behind it as testing and deployment continue.
